CONCERNING THE ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF HALLS, TENNESSEE
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Halls Board of Mayor and Alderman on a proposed ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of Halls
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE HALLS MUNICIPAL ZONING MAP: PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF US HIGHWAY 51 N (PARCEL 18.04 ON LAUDERDALE TAX MAP 19 AS PER TENNESSEE GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM AS OF JUNE 21, 2019 FROM B-1 (NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS) to R-1 (LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL)
The hearing will be held pursuant to the provisions of Section 13-7-203, Tennessee Code Annotated. Said hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Halls Board of Mayor and Alderman on Monday, August 5th, at 6:45 P.M., AT THE HALLS TOWN HALL.
Any interested party is invited to appear before Board and be heard. The proposed ordinance will be available for public examination in the Mayor’s Office, Halls Town Hall.
