Magnolia Creek is designed as a facility dedicated to the best possible care of the sick and elderly. Magnolia Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation will comply in every respect with the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The Board of Trustees shall assume full responsibility for the overall operation of the facility. The full-time Administrator is responsible for the management and direct operation of the facility and patient care, staffing, etc.
