NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated March 28, 2008, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded April 1, 2008, in Book No. 585, at Page 564, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Lauderdale County, Tennessee,executed by Tommy Anthony Currie and Doris Currie, conveying certain property therein described to Greg A. Ziskind as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee, Residential Loan Centers Of America, Inc., its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A..
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C.,as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., will, on January 8, 2020 on or about 10:00 AM, at theLauderdale County Courthouse, Ripley, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafterdescribed to the highest bidder FOR certified fundspaid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. The sale is free from all exemptions, which are expressly waived in the Deed of Trust, said property being real estate situated in Lauderdale County, Tennessee,and being more particularly described as follows:
Lying, situated and being in the 3rd Civil District of Lauderdale County, Tennessee, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Being Lot No. 11 of Hanson Hills Estates as shown on plat recorded in Plat Cabinet 2, slide 60 of the Register’s Office of Lauderdale County, Tennessee, to which reference is hereby made to incorporate herein a more particular description. Restrictions: No mobile homes, trailers or manufactured homes shall be located on said land. No old houses shall be moved on the premises for renovation. Only one single family dwelling may be constructed on each tract. The dwelling must contain a minimum of 1,300 heated square feet with a 1-car or larger carport, or 1,500 heated square feet with no carport. The driveway must consist of white rock, asphalt or concrete. There shall be no livestock kept on this property, except for horses and cattle. These said restrictions and covenants shall run with the land.
