NOTICE FROM LAUDERDALE COUNTY TRUSTEE’S OFFICE

2019 Real Estate Taxes will be due February 29, 2020.
After February 29th, 1 ½% interest will be added to your bill per month unpaid.
2018 Delinquent Real Estate Tax will be turned over to the Chancery Court for collection on April 1, 2020. Please take the necessary action to pay these as soon as possible to prevent further accrual of interest. Please contact the Trustee’s Office (731:635-0712)
immediately as your property may be subject to a tax sale by the courts if not paid by March 31, 2020.
