I, Mark Clark, do hearby give notice that my property, located at 5137 Old Brownsville Rd., being rented from me by Tyler Lawson, has been vacant for 5 months. All property and personal belongings, and two vehicles, are still on this property. I have made numerous attempts to contact this person.
On Saturday, Feb. 8, at 9 a.m. at 5137 Old Brownsville Rd., I will auction this property. The person who gets the property will be responsible for removing it from said address.
