“The Lauderdale County Department of Education, 321 Armory ST, Ripley TN 38063, is accepting proposals for mowing & trimming at Ripley Primary School, Ripley Elementary School & Ripley Middle School.
Contractors who are interested in submitting a proposal are asked to meet with Donnie York, Director of Maintenance, for a required meeting at the Ripley Elementary School Board Room on Wednesday, Feb 19th, at 9:00am to discuss the work.
Contractors who submit proposals must provide evidence of $2 million dollars of liability & workers compensation insurance at the time the contract is signed in mid March 2020. If a proposal includes the use of chemicals on a campus, the contractor must provide evidence of proper licensure from the state of Tennessee.
Sealed proposals are to be opened & reviewed at the Department of Education office at 10:00am on Feb 27, 2020. The proposal should state the work to be done & the amount to be charged for each mowing & trimming.
The Department reserves the rich to accept or reject proposals & to determine equal or better.”
