Sale at public auction will be on July 29, 2021, at or about 10:00 AM, local time, at the front door of the Lauderdale County Courthouse, 100 Court Square, Ripley, TN 38063, pursuant to the Deed of Trust executed by Lynda A. Willis and Richard D. Willis, to RELS of Tennessee Inc., as Trustee for Greenpoint Credit, LLC dated November 19, 1999, and recorded on November 30, 1999, in Book 423, Page 622, Instrument No. 104438, in the Register’s Office for Lauderdale County, Tennessee (“Deed of Trust”), conducted by Padgett Law Group, having been appointed Substitute Trustee, all of record in the Lauderdale County Register’s Office. Default in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of said Deed of Trust has been made; and the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable.
Party entitled to enforce the debt: The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company N.A. as successor in interest to all permitted successors and assigns of Bank One, National Association as Trustee, of the GreenPoint Manufactured Housing Contract Trust, Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2000-1
