NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE TOWN OF HALLS ELECTION DATE
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Mayor and Alderman on consideration of Amending the text in the Town Charter to change the Election Date:
AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE TOWN OF HALLS ELECTION DATE TO THE NOVEMBER GENERAL ELECTION.
The hearing will be held pursuant to the provisions of Sections 6-54-138 Tennessee Code Annotated. Said hearing will be held at the meeting of the Mayor and Alderman on July 1, 2019, beginning at 6:45 PM at the Halls Town Hall. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for review at Town Hall.
