Default in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of said Deed of Trust has been made; and the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable.

BEGINNING at a stake in the west margin of Ringer Lane, the southeast corner of the original tract of which this lot being described is a part; runs thence west with the south margin of the original tract 3088" to a stake, the southwest corner of the original tract; thence north with the west margin of the original tract 100 to a stake; thence east parallel to the south margin hereof 3088" to a stake in the west margin of Ringer Lane; runs thence south with the west margin of Ringer Lane 100 back to the point of beginning.
