SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured to be paid by a certain Deed of Trust executed December 21, 2018 by Chevelle Hoffman and Dustin Hoffman, wife and husband, to Dan Douglas Law Office, as Trustee, as same appears of record in the office of the Register of Lauderdale County, Tennessee, in Record Book 721, Page 693, and the undersigned having been appointed Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the said Register's Office, and the owner of the debt secured, Tennessee Housing Development Agency, having requested the undersigned to advertise and sell the property described in and conveyed by said Deed of Trust, all of said indebtedness having matured by default in the payment of a part thereof, at the option of the owner, this is to give notice that the undersigned will, on Thursday, August 27, 2020 commencing at 11:00 AM, at the Front Door of the Courthouse, Ripley, Lauderdale County, Tennessee proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Lying, situated and being in the 6th Civil District of
Lauderdale County, Tennessee, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
TRACT ONE: Beginning at a stake in the north right-of-way line of Rural Road #9159 (having a 60 foot right-of-way), said point being the southeast corner of the C. E. Wellbrock tract and the southwest corner of subject lot (Lot #l, Lakeview Subdivision, Phase #2); thence with Wellbrock’s east line, North 9 degrees 30 minutes West 211.48 feet to a post, southwest corner of Lot #13; thence with the south line of Lot #13, South 63 degrees 00 minutes East 148.00 feet to a stake in the west right-of-way line of Caldwell Circle (having a 50 foot right-of-way); thence with the west right-of-way line of Caldwell Circle, South 27 degrees 00 minutes West 170.00 feet to a stake in the north right-of-way line of Rural Road #9159; thence with said north right-of-way line, North 63 degrees 00 minutes West 22.2 feet to the point of the beginning.

TRACT TWO: Beginning at a point in the center of the Cedar Grove blacktop road, the southeast corner of the original Ashworth tract and being Larry Midkiff’s southwest corner; thence North with Midkiff’s west line, 120 feet to a stake; thence Southwesterly 167 feet to a point in the center of said blacktop road; thence Easterly to the center of said road, 192 feet to the beginning.
