NOTICE TO BID
The City of Ripley hereby submits to bid for re-surfacing with blacktop city street re-surfacing hot mix paving as required per ton, fine grading only of gravel base to include material and labor for the fiscal year of 2019-2020. Sealed bids should be delivered to Ripley City Hall at 110 South Washington Street, Ripley, Tennessee 38063 by no later than Wednesday, August 21, 2019 by 10:00 a.m. at which time bids will be opened and read aloud at the official bid opening. Any bids received after said time and date will not be timely and thus rejected and not opened. The City of Ripley reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or waive any informality, for any reason at its sole discretion and reserves the right to award said bid to any responsible bidder.
